About

Troy Milligan

Troy Milligan has performed magic for fifty years. He grew up in Wilmington, Delaware, and rehearsed escapes in a refrigerator box. At thirteen he got halfway out of a policeman's handcuffs, and the policeman said he had a new Houdini on his hands. He left a drafting job to join a carnival, built a booking business in Sacramento, and spent time performing in Okinawa.

He did not choose the name the Mindset Magician. Someone gave it to him after he lost his retirement to a Ponzi scheme, and it stayed. He lives in Delaware. The Mindset Magician is his second book.
